As we transition into winter and the temperatures begin to drop, we wanted to give our community a list of photo books that will keep you busy indoors. We hope this list will inspire you to remain creative while inside and provide you with additional ways to continue educating yourselves on the history of photography and archives. With work from artists including Dorothea Lange, Weegee, and LaToya Ruby Frazier, these photo books explore themes of social awareness and identity.

Read morePCPP to Work with Photographer Stephan Brigidi
PCPP is pleased to announce that it will be embarking on a new project with photographer Stephan Brigidi. Brigidi is a Rhode Island-based photographer and has received a Fulbright-Hays Fellowship and a Photographer’s Fellowship from the National Endowment for the Arts. Brigidi has also taught photography since 1979 at the Rhode Island School or Design and the University of Hawaii among several others.
